The 22-floor building encompasses a large elated lobby on the ground floor that aims to mark the grand entrance and also become one of the proficient designs for functional lobby spaces. The clear office spaces are positioned in a way that they are looking on the northeast side of the building and the service core is planned on the south facade of the building. Being designed on the Future mobility concept, the office spaces are an enigmatic representation of the high-rise commercial building and the Helipad design that scores a point to its beauty and also glorifies the building aesthetics aligning with its functionality and efficiency.
