The opulent club house, which was built as a component of a high-end housing project, commands a conspicuous spot at the fore of the development. The club has a commendable swimming pool, a multipurpose hall on the ground floor, a gym, and other amenities on the upper floor. The main objective was to create the club house such that it could be perceived well from the nearby road without going beyond the permitted height. The building’s interiors needed a subdued design strategy, whereas the exterior design called for highlighting elements.
The 25-seater multipurpose hall was created with a minimalistic design goal, utilizing full height mirror walls, natural Kota stone, and other materials. Full-size sliding doors have been installed in the hall to visually connect the interior and exterior spaces while also extending the area available for public gatherings. The gym on the top floor utilizes the same materials, and the jaali pattern’s shimmering effect on the exterior emphasizes to its beauty while also enhancing its form and function
