The Commercial Tower is located in Lulla Nagar, which is one of the prime and upcoming localities in Pune. The prime location of the site with a few developed and developing lands adjacent to it increases its importance in the locality. The massing and orientation of the building are done with respect to the site and climatic parameters, with western and southern exposure to natural daylight and an interplay of louvered facades to maximize views. The planning of the commercial tower is simple, with an aim to accommodate maximum office and retail spaces along with public parking in one narrow plot with enough exposure on each side.
