The Commercial Tower is located in Viman Nagar, which is an affluent residential and retail neighbourhood of Pune. The upcoming campus has a mixed land-use brief with retail on the ground floor and corporate offices on the floors above. The massing of building is symmetrically planned along a central core with the longer facade oriented along N-S direction. This tower breaks the stereotype of typical office typology and provides an alternative with interweaving open social spaces and closed workspaces. The central break out terrace on each floor can be accessed by all and can easily accommodate up to 200 people at any given time. The amalgamation of design principles and glass curtain wall creates a building which responds to its surroundings and program in a visually aesthetic manner.
