The design criteria required a design that could allow both the redevelopment of the entire slum located on Pune’s cityside and the provision of a spacious design for sale apartments. Nearly 900 slum dwellings will be renovated in addition to a stunning streetside retail complex that will merge with Pune’s commercial district and street activity. The concept of lifestyle, efficiency and social influence is the one on which the thoroughly considered project should be founded. A condominium that treats slum inhabitant’s buyers of units equally, resulting in the best possible use of the land. The design incorporates a sense of ownership, a variety of facilities, and a lot of light and ventilation to define the new way of living. The façade design takes a basic approach while controlling the aesthetic richness.
